Nava Yoga Colorado is a pop-up yoga studio offering classes in offices, clinics, homes, community spaces, and the outdoors since 2015.
Before teaching yoga, I taught outdoor education, worked on organic farms, and traveled – as well as completing programs in permaculture design, therapeutic massage, reiki, and courses with the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS).
My yoga practice began in 2002 while I was a seva student at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Massachusetts. In 2015, I graduated from the Yoga Teacher Training program at Old Town Yoga Studio in Fort Collins, Colorado. From 2018 to 2019, I earned my Master in Education (and now teach English, History, and run a GED prep program at an alternative public high school) and Master Gardener Certificate from Colorado State University.
I offer studio and on-site yoga classes in Fort Collins, Colorado, where I can be found on the trails with my dogs, growing herbs and vegetables, and playing with my daughter.
